If we love anything, it’s a great event. We’ve been coordinating them since 1997, and know the ins and outs of execution, presentation and logistics. There’s not a scenario we haven’t encountered, and love the challenge of putting together the most memorable moments for you and your guests. Event Box

In Person

  • Shipped right to your door. Available nationwide.

  • A curated collection with everything you need to set the perfect table at your next event.

  • Additional add-ons available to customize your order.

  • 4 place settings per box. Maximum is 24 people.

  • Serving Southeastern WI and Northern IL.

  • Available for 2-250 people.

  • Includes delivery and pick up.

  • In-person consultation required for first time renters to obtain a quote. Additional styling services available upon request.

How We Work.

 
  • Start by filling out the Contact Us form with as much info as possible.

  • We’ll get back to you with some more questions. (That always happens!)

  • Next we’ll schedule an appointment for you to view our inventory and make your stylistic selection.

  • At your visit we will lock in your details and create your estimate.

  • Your final contract is emailed to you for your approval.

  • A non-refundable credit card deposit of 50% is required to hold your date and inventory.

  • Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event.

The Logistics.

 
  • We deliver your order 1-2 days prior to your event, and pick it up the day after. Delivery fee is based on the size of your order and proximity to our location.  Inquire about pricing on our contact page.

  • Additional styling services are available to help make your next event flawless! Inquire for pricing.

  • All plates, glasses and silverware should be scraped and/or rinsed and returned to their appropriate crates.

  • We understand accidents happen...there is a breakage fee of 5x the rental amount of the item broken.

  • There is a refundable damage fee of 10% due at time of booking.

  •  If you are tax exempt, please provide your certificate number at our consultation.

  •  If not, sorry everyone, but we’re required to charge you sales tax.


Additional Services.

 
  • We offer a will-call option for pick-up and returns.  Pick-up is by appointment the day before your event and return is the day after.  A $200 minimum order is required.

  • Mobile bridal suite!

    • Great for location weddings

    • Full dressing room

    • 2 lighted hair and make-up stations.

    • Complete bathroom, kitchen, and lounge area are also included.
