When will I get my box?
Your party box will arrive at your door 2 days before your event.
How do I know how to set the table?
All of the instructions will be included with your box including inspirational images.
How do I send my box back?
After a quick rinse of your dishes, glassware and flatware, pack up your party in the box it arrived in. Use the prepaid shipping label and packing tape to send your box back within 2 days of your event.
What if my event has more than 24 people?
Send us a message! We are always willing to make customized order if we are able to.
How far in advance should I order?
We require a minimum of 10 days before your event date. Any less than that will incur a rush charge.
What if one of my items arrives broken?
Please contact us right away! Extra plates are included in your box, but we will do our best to help fix the situation as soon as possible.
